The upstairs is home to a second spacious master, as well as 2 bunk rooms, one of which also contains a queen-sized bed to accommodate adults. The bunk rooms share a spacious Jack & Jill bathroom. First month's rent and security deposit required upon signing lease. Summer or Winter Rental has an increased monthly rental rate, along with an additional flat rate utility fee $250/month and hot tub service monthly fee of $95 and weekly cleaning added to lease rate. 12 month Lease also requires an increased flat utility rate, averaged for a year and an additional $95 for monthly hot tub maintenance.
